Disturbing Police Video Shows Unsolved Philadelphia Murder

City police are asking for the public's help to identify two killers.

The pictured suspects fatally shot a 24-year-old man sitting in his car on March 12, 2021, PPD said in a release. 

Authorities said it happened on the 3200 block of Emerald Street in Kensington.

Investigators believe the pair were driving a white sedan with a vanity plate on the front that had red writing or markings. The car was last seen headed south on Kensington Avenue from Allegheny Avenue. 

  • Suspect one is described as a tall Black man wearing a black jacket over a grey hoodie with dark blue jeans that had "distinct defects/markings" and black shoes. His face was covered and he was carrying a semi-auto handgun. 

  • Suspect two is described as a Black man wearing a black jacket over a red hoodie with light blue jeans that had "distinct defects/markings" and red sneakers. His face was covered. 

Anyone who can identify them is asked to call PPD at 215-686-8477 or submit an anonymous tip online. A $20,000 reward is offered.
